Quick question, as I’m not too familiar with this particular part of the process -

They spoke briefly on the PARB during the day and that it had a high success rate for candidates flagged to the PARB to get through. Anyone have any insight into the process other than they meet weekly? I was flagged. Hoping my excitement doesn’t turn around on me after getting the CJO.

The process is a complete set of interview day personnel (HR, Pilot, Psych) review all the notes and results from the interview day HR, Pilot, Psych and they make the decision.

How hard is it to get a accommodation for the COVID vaccine and what is the process?

Covid vaccine accommodations are unheard of.

Yellow fever you can get waived.

And yet the YF vaccine is a well established vaccine with a long track record that protects against a disease with 30% mortality.

Go figure.

You can apply for a religious or medical exemption. It's a thorough process. I personally recieved a religious exemption 3 months ago. Know others who have as well.
