Would you say you used a different strategy on the personality assessment?

Meh, I was just honest and made sure I was consistent that was about it. Same strategy I took for every assessment I’ve taken.

Thanks Swakid8. How did you do on counting the moving dots? From what I recall that one was the killer for me. Regardless, I still think the most important part of the whole test is the personality assessment portion.

That’s definitely a tough one. I took the Delta assessment twice and I silently chuckled to myself thinking that I’m trying to get hired into a position (like any airline) that promotes CRM, brief it, slow it down, etc, but here I am having to *quickly decipher those dots, quickly choose two shapes that are identical, and hurry up and do math while trying to land a plane.

Famous words of Tony Horton, “Do your best and forget the rest”!

That’s what I did.

Quick question, as I’m not too familiar with this particular part of the process -

They spoke briefly on the PARB during the day and that it had a high success rate for candidates flagged to the PARB to get through. Anyone have any insight into the process other than they meet weekly? I was flagged. Hoping my excitement doesn’t turn around on me after getting the CJO.

Mine literally lasted 1 night. The next day I received the cjo email.

I keep hearing rumors floating around that DL has been cracking down on those that have left a Delta Connection airline and gone to a ULCC/LCC with hopes of getting picked up by DL faster. Does anyone have an idea if there is any truth to this rumor? TIA

Not exactly current info as they were both hired at least a few months ago, but two of my last four FOs were Delta connection guys and then Spirit.
