You WANT to get sent to lunch after your interview. That's a very good sign.

The size of the interviewing class determines the days' schedule (and how early you will be released accordingly)--when coordinating your travel, Delta advised me not to make any return accommodations before 1830 the day of...hope that helps.

Thanks for this information, it definitely helps. Also, the day seems pretty long considering that it starts early in the morning.

Well, it used to be two days, so…

The lucky ones got out around 1:30 in my group, while the unfortunate few were there until after 5. If you do finish early they’ll happily help you change your flight to something earlier.

Not entirely. We had about 6 guys laughing eating chicken sandwiches at lunch only to find out 10 minutes later that the job of their dreams was now gone and they are being sent home.

This is consistent with my interview day in early February. We all went to lunch but only about half of the group were given a CJO upon our return after lunch.

Yeah, you can't expect any 9:45(or longer) duty days if you get hired and hit the line.

everyone will go to lunch unless you do something so egregious they can’t continue the interview process.

Can I ask why you think you messed up the first round? And how you’re preparing better for this next. Still waiting for my link, and just want to be extra prepared. Thanks!

Not sure how or why. Besides the fact that counting the dots above 8-9 is friggin’ impossible. 😂

I apparently passed the AAL version without issue as I got a CJO yesterday.

I’ve bought 3 months of Cut-e tests to get better at the Sudoko and dot counting. If I failed because of personality I don’t know how to fix that.

I understand that they get some apparently valuable data from the tests, but I think it’s unnecessary when you have a 20 year military flying record that speaks for itself.

Thanks man. Been practicing exactly that. Was the AAL one similar to Delta's? Congrats on the CJO!
