Reaching out will accomplish nothing. You get the assessment when you get the assessment. It's an email link that comes from airline apps. If your availability date is set farther out than "2 weeks notice" it can impact the timing of when you receive the assessment invitation.

not true. I had gone 3 months and not heard anything. Emailed them and had the assessment a few days later. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not.

It's a coincidence.

Finished Assesment

Finished AON I was almost 3 months from TT to AON. I used Pilotassments, Im a bit mixed on them, but would do it again.

deductive reasoning test (sudoku),
multitasking test (arithmatic,airplane,match symbols),
spatial reasoning (compas and RBI)
listening test (clearances and instruction with accents)
personality test.

I scrwed up on the multitasking, it works different than the practice, I got "out of synch" with the slider thing because it goes slower when you hold the mouse button, and that can have some unintended effects if you hold it after the airplane passes the obsticles. I probablly screwed up 4 of the many iterations because of that. The personality test is a different style test than the practice test. It isnt true false or a single trait, it is two independent traits and you basicaly rank one over the other. Good luck.

Any updates on CJO -> Class date timeframe?

November CJO, haven’t heard anything yet, I figure it will still be a few months.

Expect 14 weeks from CJO to Indoc now, and invitation to Indoc 6 weeks before the classes.

Hey just wondering what yall think here. I got the TT email back in June still waiting for the AON. Currently at a regional but just got a CJO from swa and interview with AA here shortly. Should I add FO SWA under employment with a comment that says CJO or somehow reference the fact on my resume or application that their competitor has made an offer or is it better to wait until my first day then update the app?

Thanks for the tips guys really hoping to stop commuting and fly for Delta

Just curious for others in the same boat - when we’re at a competitor in training do you add much to the employment details in the duties section after you’ve been hired and started training but haven’t completed IOE?

Your duties are different than at a previous job flying an airplane full of people/cargo?

Sooooo I thought I didn't pass the assessment. Yesterday I got an email saying my interview invitation has been withdrawn because they did not receive a requrest for interview date. So I emailed them back and now I got an interview date set. What a rollercoaster ride it has been.
