O any other recommendations? Does RST do interview prep/feedback? Thank you so much.
Best,
HeyHair

I found spitfire elite to be extremely helpful on my path to a CJO and would highly recommend them.

A strong second for Spitfire Elite. They’ve developed an excellent product and can assist with all facets of the application/interview process.

Thank you as well for your input!!! I have looked at them a bit (after the previous poster) but I will follow up!

Something I was curious about: if my app is ‘in review’ in 90 days… does that mean I need to change something on it? In other words was it just the interview that was unsat? If my app was ‘accepted’ previously then I’m not sure what I need to change on it. Maybe just improve the HR segment, update flight hours? Or is it a combination of app and interview?
thanks!

keep updating your hours every week/2 weeks. they can see the activity and have a record of the changes you've made. that will show them that you are still interested. as far as prep company, many friends have used RST with great results.

ill Keep banging away at it, maybe try a different approach!
Thank you for the response

I know a guy that told Delta TBNT to the interview after getting picked up by FedEx last spring. After FedEx jerked him around for 6 months on a class date and then eventually told him he should move on, he applied to Delta again. He's like 60% 73NB in NYC now.... :D

So he's been off IOE for at least 2 weeks

Definitely keep updating. You might also expand your non-hours resume stuff. DL loves volunteerism and continuing/additional leadership roles. You got the interview once so you may have a good looking app, but if they said TBNT, maybe some additional experience/boxes checked will help. Can't hurt, for sure.

I’ll second the volunteer work. Separate yourself from the crowd. Maybe try and take on a leadership or training role at your current airline. I used RST and Spitfire for prep

Class Date

I know this has been asked before, however looking to see what others have for a more recent timeline.

-Interview 11/09
- Cleared Pre Employment email, 12/02

i know it was stated generally 12 weeks from interview to Class. Just trying to get an idea of when class date will be assigned.

This was just answered in post 4646 on 25 Nov, so barely week old info.
