What are current competitive mins? Do you think they'll hire a wet ATP with some jet time at 1500 hours?

Last few classes have had multiple pilots with sub-2000 hours, FWIW.

Average TT is all the way down to around 3000.

Hey just a quick question here. I got my TT email on June 28th but still haven't heard back about the test. I saw there was a backlog but it seems people that got theirs around the same time have all moved on now. Should I just keep waiting or reach out to them? I'm considering reaching out but have no idea who to get in contact to about this. Thanks in advance.

What was your availability set to?

I submitted it back in the spring so sometime in the spring. I also have the 2 week notice box checked though if that makes a difference.

It seems as though pretty much everyone in June/July has received their assessments. It also appears availability may play a role in when the assessment should come as well, but with yours set at two weeks it should be coming very soon I would think?

When I went I just showed them all of it. Depending on how long ago you were enlisted you should be able to retrieve all your paperwork online on milconnect.dmdc.osd.mil. Create a login (which is a huge pain but can be done in a few minutes at your computer), and then at the top there's a tab on the menu bar the says "Correspondence/Documentation". In the drop down menu select "Defense Personnel Records Information (DPRIS)", then choose "Request Personnel File" at the top and again in the blue box.

From there it'll give you a list of all the types of records they have for you. Just check the box for DD214s and Performance Reports, hit "Create and Send Request", and in about a day you should be able to log back on and get all your documents. I went on there and had all my documents in a single print. When I showed up I just put them in the pile and let them do whatever they want for them.

Great info, thanks. I put in a VA request for this info about two weeks ago but it's still processing. I got out in 2017.

Does anyone have a contact (recruiter or the like) I could message to see if I fell through the cracks or something?

Like you went to the milconnect website or emailed someone with the request? If the former that's...surprising. I got mine not even a full day later.
