I took mine on the 19th and also says "interviewing" with an updated date of 3/19 but no email yet either. hopefully we have to just wait until next week for the good news email!

Anyone else fill out the travel form on Monday and not heard anything back yet on a date? The other 2 I know both received their date options the same day as the travel form so I’m a little sketched out. I’m sure I just need to be patient but would feel better if others are experiencing the same thing

I am on a layover right now in the layover hotel lobby with no hotel booked and have been on hold for 25 minutes because they think I am in another city.

Get used to it.

welcome to Delta.

I keep hearing stories of pilots on hold for extended amounts of time trying to secure a hotel room. I’d give them about 5 minutes on hold before securing my own room. When you get to your room send a message to PA steering where you are and what time you’ll need transportation in the morning. If there isn’t transportation in the morning then secure an uber black to the airport. Submit everything for reimbursement later.

This is the way. No one should ever wait on hold for that.
Last IROP when I timed out at a place I wasn’t supposed to be at, and no hotel, I sent crew assist a message when I got to a hotel I got on my own (via uber). Told them that I had put myself in rest, I would not be available for pickup until XXXX time, and I would look for updates then. Submitted everything and was paid back within days.

As others said, hang up. Get yourself transportation and a room. Expense it via Concur. If you have FA in the same situation, get rooms for them…because the company will reimburse you but the FA are afraid to do it.

You can use the Pilot Assist app of the iPad. Works great and normally very quickly.
