Uniforms
#2
New hire pilots will now receive a uniform kit (jacket, 2 pairs of pants, hat, epaulets, tie and 2 shirts) courtesy of Delta.
In addition, all pilots hired on or after 3/16/2020 will have a retroactive payment of $480 to cover the cost.

Why not just retroactively pay us all? We all had to buy the uniform.

Refreshed my uniform when the ex-wife of a f-NWA pilot put it on EBay. I did not ask many questions about the almost new $70 jacket.
With you on the leather jacket. Hate packing for winter. It will be worse this year that they have added an earlier back of AM departures.

As to Offfffffffsssssss (whatever) point, a trip through the dry cleaners does wonders, as does changing out your shirt rotation every 5-10 years.
