they've pretty much already confirmed they'll run a 365 day bid next year. Not like they need to award the displacements. We all know what they post to what they award is not accurate what so ever anyways...

Remember though…. Long range planning only goes out until next Tuesday. Maybe not even that far 🤷🏻♂️

What would be a reason NOT to do a 365 day bid, they LOVE them lol

With so much International flying coming back next May, I don’t understand how they can wait until next year to have a WB bid. The VEOP took so many Captains off those fleets, I don’t feel like they can spool it all back up if they wait till Jan or Feb for a bid. Are they still that fat on crews? Can 2-3 months of training staff up the A330, 767-400, and A350?

on another note the way I read the contract they could even post the bid in 2021 and as long as they don’t post the results til on or after 1/1/22 it would be allowed. This might help them squeeze every bit of training in per Big E’s observation about a potential shortage of WB crews
