Prepare Yourselves… 2022 AEs

I will give Trip some dap here, he was much more accurate regarding the results than I thought he’d be. The real indicator of movement is the junior seniority in each category, and that did move significantly in several categories. Time will tell if Trip’s predictions are reflective of reality going forward or if seat locks are making him look like a genius, but for now he was right and I was wrong.

I think “eligible to go to new hires” would be a better term.
There is no requirement to actually award every open position.

They do need to fill the positions. I suspect they will only award them to new hires if they have sim capacity that needs to be filled. They will post them again in the 1Q bid. If unfilled at that point they will be forcing new hires into the positions.

An AE that is effective post April 23’ will be interesting on the B side. Many (hundreds) UNA’s bid out of the MOAD in April 21 (myself included) that could tamper a B opening into WB B. Upgrade has been an option, but most I know are on the same idea of WB B, then A for QOL. Crazy world when you can make more money WITH QOL in the right seat.
