Anyone know who else has published NEO rates? Or is everyone else banded with NEO lumped in, so non-NEO specific rates.

thanks. So when the company toots their own horn about offering NEO rates “that would be the highest in the industry,” they really meant to say “the first in the industry.”

, but it is 10x higher than what the non-contracts got.
5% per year compounded annually over 8 years is 48%. That may be my number….

Currently Hawaiian, Spirit, Jet Blue and American operate the aircraft in the US. United has them on order but I don’t know if they have a pay rate.

or they could mean paying them the current 321CEO rate, this would still make their statement true

My number is infinite. At least until a new PWA amendment is signed. 5% a year I understand, but why stop at 8 years? Do you think future punishment and falling further behind waiting on an amendment is acceptable?

They will, for sure. We will sign C23 and have openers in 2026 that get dragged out 2 to 3 years past the expiration date. Like I have said, THIS contract WILL represent a decade worth of earnings.

I'd be shocked if the company proposed anything other than current CEO rates for the NEO. Which isn't nearly as irritating as their attempt to spin it as "industry leading".

Max-10 will be the real fight, but the arbitrator will always see the 737 as a NB domestic bound by the pay of it's established derivative.
