Guys, if we are looking for huge improvements, and the company wants revenue nuetral, we are going to arbitration. Also... We are already there.
Get it over with, one year deal bandaid and we can negotiate next time in record profits like 2019.

when has the company ever said they want revenue neutral? (I assume you actually mean cost neutral, which they also haven’t said)

You are correct. Besides the company can offer up 15% and still claim "cost neutral" on an inflation adjusted basis to shareholders compared to 2019. That also means the neutral line to measure any improvements in compensation starts at 15%.

While the company seems to like to negotiate out in the open when beneficial i dont believe thats anything theyve written down (because it doesnt help them). Well, i know it. When the NMB tapped in briefly, both sides had to talk strategy and get a talking to.
I kinda checked out when i came to understand how far apart the sides are.

IF the negotiating members are the same at 2019-2020 ask them. Serious question, not "i genuinely dont know" serious, this is the "why the **** would you ask something so retorical" question: did you think i was going to cover my mouth in horror and reply "holy moley, your right, i cant point to that memo in my ipad!"?
