200%+ pay at minimum for any kind of reroute shanighans

what are 23K provisions? New to the pax airline world and unfamiliar with the term.

23k references section 23K of our PWA (pilot working agreement…aka contract).

23K spells out our obligations for recovery flying during IROPS.
