No calling in sick. That’s right the f out. Getting it started all has to do with SWP, and relative reserve req vs reserve avail.

Like I said, it chaps me to see A’s doing it. Though PWA legal, I’d like to see the contract change in that department to keep it from happening. It’s abrogating seniority. But that change will likely never happen.

Is it “frowned upon” to try to drop an entire NYC schedule on the swap board then OOBWS yourself a Seattle month? Staffing permitting in both bases obviously.
