I agree with this and believe he would be the best option by far. This is exactly why it will not be him though.

I actually believe at this point the sentiment among the pilot group is more “get rid of RG” vs “let’s get a great PWA”.

If the company offered 3% for a one year extension with RG out it would probably pass.

I think RG has to go before serious talks can take place. He has the mentality of someone running an airline with 2000 pilots…90% of whom will put up with what ever crap you throw their way because they just want to build time and move on. That is not Delta.

he had 2600ish and went down to 1070ish. So swing and a miss on edv being trapped there or whatever you got at. Comair he shut down so he couldnt carrot them with a job either. Maybe freedumb

His daily dealings are actually other managers, not pilots, and the comair managers cut his legs out and backstabbed him. He earned all of it. He changed his attitude at endeavor with management and it went better, but low bar to clear. Hes never gonna be a manager that pilots like, because he just cares what bastion and the board want. If we signed his paycheck hed give a damn about us.

He collects a lot of free realestate.though. thats not going to add to delta bottom line or improve relations. At edv delta finally gave him permission to just throw money at problems (pilots) and im hoping that what happens here.

With all my extra (found PB) vacation in June it puts me outside the LCW on the high side. Now what? I assume all of June off but do they pay me for all of it or just the top of the LCW or ALV +15? What happens to the overage? I'm hoping they throw some back in the bank but I think maybe they just pay me for all of it.

You will get paid what you had in the bid period.

Vacation is pay/no credit and doesn’t count towards the bank. Though it does count towards gs trigger.
