I wouldn’t count on a CP being much help. Every time I have called the CP when in a scheduling dispute they’ve been NO help. The last call was after the scheduler said to call the CP for his explanation. The CP was bewildered and said he had no idea about my situation. He said he didn’t have the authority to direct a scheduling change and he would have to defer to scheduling. After explaining my issue with SRH and PWA references he said to just file an ACE report. Seems this is his default and I think he’s happy to try to overwhelm ALPA.

I’m sorry this has been your experience. I’ve been 2 for 2 in getting egregious pay issues resolved with the cpo. Sadly I suppose it depends on who picks up the phone and what mood they are in.

ATL may have better service. I have always been given the, “I’ll have to find out who to call in ATL” excuse. They delay and deflect until you just give up and go the union route.

Update, contacted CPO, but skeds actually corrected and paid the RR pay over the holiday weekend before the CPO could even get involved.

I still get the error screen too for the seniority dashboard. Anyone know what’s going on?
