By bringing more jobs under our umbrella? That doesn't help? And the point of the meeting wasn't to do this. It was part of a regularly scheduled MEC meeting. At most, the Endeavor MEC for a free meal out if.

The Endeavor MEC has now agreed to a staple if the possibility of a combination were to ever happen. It’s better than Delta announcing a merger of the companies one day and us hoping that they don’t get a relative seniority integration.

If you really have to ask how bringing Delta flying back in-house to be flown by Delta pilots helps this pilot group… I’m not even going there.

Ensures that IF the combination between the two were to ever occur, no endeavor pilot would be above a Delta pilot on the seniority list.

Forget about how this helps our/their pilot group, how would a move like this be a good business move for DL? Isn't that what really matters in the end, how much money this would save? Management isn't gonna pull in a regional because it feels good to everyone to have all flying done in-house.
