I believe I think I saw them doing fittings in September and it'll be effective in October with a pretty long phase in. They are prioritizing new hires and those that didn't get jackets in the spring classes as the first to get the new uniforms

And the least likely to complain about them. Genius!

You gotta read your emails! They put out a pilot modeling call, and now you’ve missed the chance of a lifetime. You could have been the face of sophisticated modern diesel sub commander.

They didn’t want plus sized models. I feel fat shamed.

Not sure if anyone is checking their September timecards, but I’m liking the extended duty pay. 💰

Noticed that too. The wide report total line value doesn’t include any of the pay without credit on rotations.

The extra pay is nice, but I also see a noticeable improvement to the trips in September as well. Much fewer short layovers across the board.

Makes sense. Both sit pay and extended duty pay would drive the optimizer to compress the duty periods. Less duty means longer layovers or you get home sooner.

Saw some very decent trips for September. There were a few stinkers, like there always are, but they all paid very well.

Judging from FB, and the number of people asking “what’s this EDP?”, extended duty pay flew under the radar, and the trips with high pay will eventually go senior, just like holidays did.

The amount of people who were such strong and loud no voters on there who are now asking what EDP is blows my mind. How could they be so opinionated about the TA when they didn't even know about one of the best parts of it!?

I knew multiple folks who were a no vote before they got halfway down the bullets that first night. They voted no based on vibes and to have street cred.
