the kit contains 7 buttons. Obviously one for a spare. Does it require 4 swapped out or all 6?

Do the two that actually are buttons need to be replaced too so they don't droop or is the buttoning function taking up the droop slack.

As usual, Delta forgets that people don't live in ATL. With the PHX and SLC training centers, I haven't been to ATL in almost 2 years.

Swap board is already abused pretty heavily

Honestly, people are being a little harsh. Every airline has its own peculiar way of looking at things depending on their contact, history and priorities of that particular group. Some places they don’t care where the flying is or out of what base.

New folks only know what they came from and probably don’t deserve the dogpile that some topics seem to generate.

It’s official, the Yankees are now allowing their players to have “well-groomed beards.” Your move Delta. :D

1. There are way too many that the mustache looks like a 12 year old trying to pretend. I can’t imagine who shouldn’t be trying to grow a beard will try to anyway.
2. “Well groomed” is about as enforceable as telling a 3 year old no and expecting him/her to just listen.

RCY removal?

Had my landings warning pop up.. filled out my template and they put me down for a sim session like two weeks before my expiration. Already on my schedule and CNO’d.

I was able to grab a rotation this week that got me 3 landings.. so I’m current again by a long shot.

1) do I still have to go to the RCY bounces? I don’t think so but not sure if I’m supposed to call or Smartsheet or email to tell them?

2) am I pay protected for this event if/when it gets removed since it was already posted to my line? (Shows up on my timecard as 10:00 pay only column). Regular line holder

thanks for the input

As long you don’t change your schedule, you’ll get paid 65 hours end of month. They don’t adjust until end in case you gain some credit in month.

You can change your schedule. If you drop, they'll still give you the difference between your initial award and 65. If you add, you will not get the difference.

Agree that the peach fuzz stache looks atrocious but it’s allowed and I can’t imagine a beard would be any worse. As for number 2, many airlines all over the world have grooming standards for beards and they make it work somehow. My beard is currently approaching sea captain status so I’d love to pair it with the Titanic officers coat. Minus the droopy buttons of course :D

Honestly I mainly mentioned it as a slightly TIC response to (I think Trip’s?) riposte of something to the effect of “Wanna play for the Yankees you better shave.”

It’d been that way since 1976 but no longer. Hopefully another domino or two will fall.
