While nice in and of itself, those ULH hours will count towards the "global balance" hours they were going to do anyway in that case because we don't have a JV partner there who can do them. This will allow them to pull down hours in another theater they wouldn't otherwise be able to...assuming the Global Scope AIP becomes a ratified LOA.
