You must know the senior Unacorns then. I was towards the middle of the pack, and 330B is still a few hundred senior to me.

With regards to all of the hindsight and the terrible decisions management made (which the union warned were terrible decisions, mind you), let's not forget the overriding reason they made them: to look nice for the FA's. Optics were/are more important than company values.

Yeah I’m still over 1,000 away from being able to hold 330B and I’ve been here for several years.

I should have said a 330B and 765Bs which pay the same so I didn't make the distinction. The other 2 are ATL 320A, in sims now and NYC 220A. They all had 2 full school FO classes and the CAs are on their 3rd class in 12 months. I've been told several are 73NAs also but I don't know them personally.

I always laugh when I see all the lengths management goes for the "optics" because they're so worried about how something looks. Mostly as a union deterrent for F/As. But then there's actually several changes that management could implement which would improve the QOL of F/As and cost the company absolutely $0 other than the time to update company policy and code the changes into icrew etc.
