Elon Musk exposed that at least 5% of all Twitter users are AI bots programmed with far-left ideology, they have not released evidence it is only 5%. About a decade ago Delta hired one of the lead executives away from Ford and Harrison, the number 1 union busting law firm in the country. The Delta MEC also shut down the ALPA web boards, which was a place pilots can discuss items under union shop. If one comes onto APC thinking management doesn't have a team of at least a dozen user accounts, working most hours around the clock, to control the message then they are delusional. Hopefully management is smart enough to pick up on the fact they are burning out pilots, SLI's and LCA that were once strong advocates. My problem with this place is that you never really know who you are talking to.

Lastly, the United States is a highly polarized powder keg. That last thing any politician has the guts to do is sound out the brown shirts to arrest 14,000 pilots, that might be a step that takes it too far.

Republic spent 8 years in negotiations and wasn't allowed to strike. Alliegent wasn't allowed to either. Both has only around 20% of the pilots DAL has. And all this happened under supposedly the "pro worker" Obama administration.
The NMB's entire job is to keep us from striking and they will never allow it unless Delta does something so egregious that don't have a choice. And Delta isn't that stupid

Barrow, Bethel, Cordova, and Yakutat come to mind. If it’s winter time I believe you could include a few airports in SE AK. Delta flies to some of them but only in the summer. There are some 135’s flying around but no other 121’s.
Getting around as a passenger would be a little difficult if Alaska were to go on strike but I imagine Horizon would be subbed in fairly quickly. Alaska is already trying to move all the intra Alaska flying to them anyways. There are other true regional airlines that would likely start temp service if it was needed.
Nobody would starve as multiple cargo carriers operate in the state and regularly haul food and mail to everywhere Alaska flies.

You caught me. Fourteen years of posting on APC and advocating for a union for flight attendants when all along i've been a management plant. Makes total sense.
