Seniority Widget Accuracy
I found a widget for DAL seniority status and expectations.
The upgrade movement and base selection mentioned in the forums doesn’t appear to match the slower pace in the widget.
Does anyone know what I’m talking or whether the widget is trustworthy for planning purposes?

You can gather the same information from iCrew at Bids>>Relative PositionWithin Category for Next Bid Period.
iCrew is the most accurate, followed by Widget Seniority and ALPA. All tools are very close. Someone might have better information, but the small differences are likely folks who are on leave or not bidding for some reason or another.

They only take into account known retirements at Age 65. Earlier retirements (medical, etc.) are not known in advance and not taken into account. The same goes for hiring - it’s all just a guess until a new pilot steps foot on property on Day 1 of Indoc.

I'm pretty sure the projected seniority in widget uses the projected staffing requirement and not real time seniority. In other words, theoretically, by the end of the AE, you'll know approximately how many pilots will either train or be hired below you.
