If they aren’t paying you, I’m not sure why you would spend the time on any survey with the possible exception of the rotation construction one, which is honestly more like a vote.

There's a saying about leadership that might be somewhat applicable: "don't fear when the troops are complaining -- it means they still care; it's when the troops are silent that you need to worry."
I'm sure this paraphrase completely butchered the original message, but when the company has to beg for responses, it's indicative that the care factor is quite low. A5S |
