Flight Ops Survey Deadline
I’ve run into a few new hires who were disappointed that they had sent the survey in earlier than they should’ve after seeing how management runs the operation. For what it’s worth, the survey can be taken a second time and it will delete the first survey answers and replace with the new ones.
Hyperlinks on the email: “Can't locate your survey? Request to resend your survey link or use your nine-digit PPR number to take the survey.” Use the second option with your PPR # and then see the small print at the bottom to retake it (initially it gives you a “Thanks for completing the survey,” so look further down). |
During contract negotiations my union speaks for me. I won’t be filling out their little employee survey.

I seem to remember the Union asking us to fill it out and expressing our thoughts on getting a new contract.

This survey is "confidential," but it is not anonymous. If they really don't like your answers, they can find out who you are and rattle your cage. The survey is all eyewash anyway. They don't give a **** what we think. Has anything changed in flight ops at all over the past few years with "glint" surveys? If anything, flight ops has grown more arrogant and out-of-touch.

They extended the deadline, which means participation is low. Good. I don't know why we'd do anything more for Delta than fly passengers safely from A to B until we get a contract. And who knows, if Delta keeps it up, we won't even do that during a strike. Anyway...the best form of feedback for the glint survey is to simply not take it. |

Yeah why waste your time, remember the last 10 of these stupid surveys. Jack **** has changed??? I’ll save my time to figure out creative ways to work as little as possible.

Currently watching a very smart neighbor’s career coming apart at a major International engineering firm because she took the “anonymous survey” claims at face value.
Don’t believe it, not even for a second. |

I'm tempted to take it because I think they use these numbers for an internal NPS score of some sorts. If they get good scores they will self promote themselves as being employee friendly and having the world's most happy employees.
