For those that are touting its just a figurehead, that guy represents all of us. He is the face that speaks on our behalf. The company no longer (imo) sees us as both an asset and a cost. We are now simply a cost to be controlled on the balance sheet. This Hartman guy had better understand that. The Professional pleasantries of the past and a strong desire to "work together" for the good of the company are long gone. You have to have a level of respect, and that just flat out doesn't exist on the companies side. Hartman needs to grab a pair and recognize that we are now in a business is business relationship. We don't need to get along with management, we just have to work with them.
