Ok, but that’s a mere formality. Dr F simply double checks your Class 1 has all the proper boxes checked.

the Master Chairman being on disability is a problem. A big problem. No one else on disability gets that good deal of full FPL, neither should any rep or MEC admin.

I mean it's not like there was a lawsuit against his office that they lost or anything. We probably shouldn't trust/use him as he apparently can be bought by the company.

I wish that was my experience along with others I know. Regardless you can’t draw full disability and get full pay on flight pay loss. The disability program rules are available on Deltanet. If he is on full flight pay it’s likely his disability payment would be zero unless he had a FAE far higher than flight pay loss.

But really I just want someone that will continue what you pointed out. After TA1 and more so during Covid, there has been a distinct change with how we are viewed/treated. We just need someone that will hold the line.

I had several emails over years in NYC, most blown off, never answered. When issues with commuting were addressed during covid, for example, he blew those off and said was a waste of effort to address commuting concerns. So legitimate issues i raised over time and never once were they addressed or considered. So relative to the NYC Capt rep, i personally would have not supported his candidacy.
