Between PBS prebid premium and possibly premium open time, there will be nothing in open time. It’s a dream when you add in 18 hour LC….as long as our SC requirements don’t change.

Well I read an article stating 6000 more FAs. On a 1 to 3 rule, that’s 2000 more pilots.

I have the utmost confidence that DALPA lawyers are not so inept that the company outplays us on every turn. With(hopefully)15K pilots looking at the language(if opened for MEMRAT) I am fairly confident that things will be fine overall.

Also, people currently commuting for the 350 can possibly go back to a base where they live and be on the 330 for the same pay. Also some on the 350 may just like the 330 trips better. LAX with the 350 but not 330 will see some people be able to bid the 350 that couldn't before. Hard to say how much effect this all has on training much less that it will result in less pilots.

RIP my already tenuous MSP 330 dream!

But nah worth it. It's the right idea IMO

I do thing there will be some gamesmanship in the near future with pay banding happening, as people try to reshuffle their seniority not based on pay rates.

It's going to be wild. At least a year IMO for things to sort out, especially if they add SLC/LAX 330
