Don’t make it sound nefarious, every job interview is like this. Delta isn’t paying extra people to sit next to you on the park bench on campus to listen to your conversation. But if you act like a jerk in the cafeteria that may hurt your chances. Just be professional.

But I have heard they bug the Hilton. I read it on the internet so it must be true. Wait until at least two states away before being a douche again. The Widget is everywhere; all knowing and powerful.

I agree, but you'd be amazed at the stupid stuff people say while waiting in the recruiting department lobby or in the recruitment break room and they think no one is paying attention. Has cost more than one person a CJO.

I believe it as I’ve seen it. I was just saying it’s passive listening at Delta hiring, not active listening that is happening. So, yeah, we agree.

This. It would probably be unwise to show up for a Delta interview with the United or Southwest tabs that everyone knows they ask for in your logbook.

It can't be said enough. The Delta interview process may be frustrating and intimidating, but a big part of it an evaluation in reading/comprehension, following directions, conformity, and being detail oriented, all qualities Delta values.

Just do exactly what they tell you to do. No more, no less. Don't try to read between the lines.

Do they bug your car or hotel room so if you complain how ridiculous the interview process is they don’t hire you ?

You'd know reasons people don't get hired better than me. I've never experienced that.

It’s not my fault you are loud. Better luck next time. I also think you may have been hosed either way…attitude issues.

Yes Sir. I’ve been turned down many a time by a Major so to speak and also in early 90’s was turned down by a few regionals before gettin hired eventually. But if you’ve never been turned down that’s awesome. Certainly makes life easier . I’m all for people having good success the first time trying . That’s the goal 👍

My Wife and kids used to tell me I was too loud 🤣🤣. My daughter would be like “Dad , you’re embarrassing me” 😂. I would be like , well honey that’s the goal , LOL . She would just shake her head . Thank God she loves me though 👍.

You sound like my dad. Good on you, don’t give them an inch.

Was it you that hired the Harmonica band for her wedding?
