As far as the document's go, if you take a normal 8.5x 11 sheet and put two big color pictures of everything front and back, (one card per sheet of paper) take a sticky note and label it COPY (even though it's obvious it's a copy but this is following the instructions to a T) you'll be set.

Thank you for this advice. I will be sure to follow it.

For the performance reports, if I was discharged with the rank of E4 (SPC), do those reports don't apply to me? I am now reading Army's Evaluation Reporting System, but it seems like it talks about OER and NCOER.

AH, you got me there. I was Army but my Unit had no enlisted that fell under me so i have no clue. Do you get any sort of Evals as an E-4? You don't get NCOER's?

If you have any form of evaluation, and they're positive, I'd probably include them just to be safe. I'm sure someone else here would be much better qualified to answer this question for you.

Well, E-4 Specialist is not an NCO, E-4 Corporal is. I do remember getting some sort of evaluation from my supervisor or squad leader, I forgot the military term, I've been out too long, and they had me sign it. I don't remember getting a copy though. But when I looked at the NCOER and OER format, I don't ever recall seeing those forms. Either the form has changed or I just never seen them in my life.

I have already requested those documents from the archive center to see if they have any for me. Also have reached out to old military buddies about this.

Delta loves attention to detail. Give them exactly what they ask for. All means all

Yep - it's much better for them to say, "oh, we didn't mean the UAS cert but thanks" than for them to say, "I don't see the UAS certificate here..."

Exactly. Says lable originals and copies. I took a sticky not and put "original" on my actual passport and driver's license and pilot cert...That's exactly what they asked for. Got the job.

I only have 1 original log book the rest is digital; I will bring it of course but will an experience summary print off be ok for the digital? Thanks!

I printed the entire digital on Jepp format and put a summaries page on the front. Idk if just the summary would be enough. If someone else has a different experience they can chime in.

The email they send out states that they want complete logbooks (which I took to include digital logbooks). I printed mine out and had it spiral bound at FedEx.
