Question Paperwork question

Hello folks, longtime lurker with a question. I have an interview in April and have a question pertaining to the paperwork we need to bring. Specifically regarding dual citizenship.

Does anybody know if there is a 'help' email we can contact to get clarification on a paperwork question? I didn't see anything in the Invite or Date Confirmation emails, unless you count the email address they came from.

Thanks in advance.

Aren't you at 9E and thus should have flowed by now?

Then stop coming on here complaining, at this point you chose not to be here. My recollection is you also chose not to get a degree when it was required before too. I don't begrudge you your choices, but you made decisions so stop with the victim card.

Default Paperwork question

Question for the tribe; the Psych Consent forms do not have enough space to type info into. There is barely enough space to enter any info and that gets cut off when printing. Did you guys fill it in by hand?

Thanks

As I am trying to follow the directions precisely, I noticed that for the current driver's license, it says one copy 'FRONT AND BACK' in bold. However, it does not say 'front and back' for ATP certificates, other pilot certificates, or the FCC RROP. Do we not need a copy of the back of the certificates?

Do we put all the pilot certificates besides the ATP on one page or make a copy of every single pilot certificate?

Do the copies have to be in color or is black and white okay?

Also, I am former Army (non-flying) and was discharged in 2007. I do have the DD214 MEMBER 4, but I don't know what Enlisted Personnel Performance Reports or Evaluations for the period of enlisted service are. It does say if applicable. Can anybody tell me if these documents are applicable to me? If so, how do I get a copy?

Thanks

I believe Enlisted Personnel Performance Reports or Evaluations is AF speak for your NCOER's

As far as the document's go, if you take a normal 8.5x 11 sheet and put two big color pictures of everything front and back, (one card per sheet of paper) take a sticky note and label it COPY (even though it's obvious it's a copy but this is following the instructions to a T) you'll be set.
