so just to follow up, the article on DeltaNet that explains the implementation schedule says the 2023 parking benefit will be paid out as a special payment in January 2024. that begs the question, what did you really get?

Before the DLnet article came out, I asked the CPO, who asked pilot assist. They said upload a receipt to Concur. I did exactly that and it was approved and sent for funding the same day.

excuse the total ignorance please…I’ve been reimbursed for years for parking from my commuter airport. Did this change this contract for real?

It doesn't take much for the EDP to stack up. A long duty day or two in a 4 day quickly pays an extra 4 hours, making that 21 hour rotation pay 25.
My guess is that the "ugly" rotations, if they still exist, will get snapped up by those that want the $$$ and go uber senior. Filller |

It doesn't matter. No matter how little or how much you spend on parking in 2023, or when you pay for 2023, everyone 80+ miles from a base will get the $400 paid out in Jan 2024 with no receipts required. Starting in Jan 2024 commuters will have to submit receipts for reimbursement.
