Yeah. I would say the chance that we get anything other than the suit jackets is purely pushing the ball down the road. "Oh yeah, we are evaluating it." Followed by 6 months after the roll out: "Oh, yeah, it didn't make sense to offer that many options."

If we are ever properly staffed (prob never on EB watch) they’ll start removing pilots from trips if out of uniform compliance.

We had a group of folks get fired over SC, all but one got their jobs back. So there's precedent.

Also, think outside the box. A simple doctors note is all you need. Have it entered into your "file" and Bobs your uncle. ADA is broad reaching law and Delta knows that.

Yeah, they all got their jobs back. I'm sure the union went in there and just demanded them get their jobs back and there was NOTHING that the company wanted for them to return. Just, union flexes muscle, company backs down.

Didn't you claim you have an office that you can go digging in to find out who posters are so that you can get them in trouble for policy violations? You think you’ll be able to use that office to figure out who you are so you can turn yourself in for fraud?
