Criminal and civil penalties may apply, along with presumably disciplinary action by the company if you color outside the lines. Never been a company stock person; I was a bit I surprised after reading the ins/outs of potential pitfalls on the company employee website after my curiosity was piqued from this thread.
Company has names and phone numbers on the net you can call/email if you have any questions about what you can/can’t do. Seems much easier than rolling the dice and saying “I won’t get caught..probably.” |
