buying and selling delta stock is not prohibited, though. You were going 44 in a 45.

Well I'll be damned. Good looking out. Thought restrictions only applied to Management types with inside info. Turns out all employees prohibited from options, hedging, shorting, or using margin.
BTW....I traded "leveraged" DAL stock also(not in 401 but in a joint account). So I actually was going 47 in a 45:eek:.... I didn't lose sleep and didn't get a ticket. YMMV. I get it, it still doesn't make it kosher as far as DAL restrictions.... but then again, whether I'm big picture or a fool it debatable. |

If true, then I just need some ammo to send an email to my Union about the difference between us (United) and you.. We reported a Loss yesterday, so nothing in our Profit Sharing Pool. Yet we also don’t have an Industry Leading Contract, while you guys (and gals) do! If you “basically” took a loss Due to your new contract, we (at United) have no excuse. I feel this message needs to get out to all potential NewHires- Maybe we become the pilot pool for you! We (United) don’t want to hire from our own Express/Regional/Commuters.. so we do it from the other Legacies little guys… But maybe we start seeing more Delta & American Express/Regional/Commuters pilots get on here only to leave to you within 6 months~ At this point, every time SouthWest management does something stupid- I’m waiting to say “hold my Bier” thanks in advance ~ Motch |

can you or anyone confirm that happened- either on here, or via a PM?

In addition to the items in salaries and related costs above, the recently ratified pilot agreement also includes a provision for a one-time payment upon ratification in the March 2023 quarter of $735 million. Additionally, we recorded adjustments to other benefit-related items of approximately $130 million. |
