Also, is crew assist submit pay issue the new hotness over ACE? Had another fishy situation where I should have been awarded a GS.

I think the crew assist is for issues for what you actually flew (sit, EDP, RR, etc.) but ACE is for missed GS and such.

Why 2 tax rates? There should only be 1 rate.

You can use both crew assist and ACE for all of the above. But technically you should use crew assist first, since your first point of contact to get a pay issue resolved should be the company. If that doesn’t work, file an ACE and let DALPA handle it.

This is the way. All pay issues to the company first. That’s what the company and union both said. And that’s the way it should be.

What about corporations and not-for-profits? Churches? Capital gains? Disability? Social security? Charitable contributions?

Does your simple plan apply to all income equally?

Capital gains is mostly a tax on inflation.

The underlying solution to tax reform is spending reform. Reduce the size of government and magically taxes will decrease. All the arguments about tax reform are pointless without spending reform. When we are debating the best taxation system, big government has already won.

Is it going to take arbitration to get the 17% they owe us?
i don’t see that note. Maybe they fixed the glitch?

Saw it when you go in and make the elections for 401k and everything else.

One tax rate. 10%, on ALL sources of income, and no deductions at all. Period. But it is imperative to be established thru constitutional amendment.

And it is dumb and 'out of control' by design. To control YOU.
