For those active on Skyhub, does the tech pilot in charge(?) of MiCrew have any responses to the criticisms? Most of us use this app constantly while at work and aside from the terrible interface, the fact that it crashes and needs multiple installs just to work is unbelievable to me.

Those in charge at Delta, just don't care about the front line employees period. If they did a number of issues that we've been having FOR YEARS would have been fixed a long time ago. Whether it's the crappy applications and/or websites we are forced to use, or the hour rides on the unsuitable employee buses, or the sub-standard healthcare insurance we're subjected too (where we're held hostage and care discontinued anytime Delta/United Healthcare have to negotiate with the local hospital system), they can't even handle the issues invloved with an employee's "death in the family" with grace and dignity. It's frustrating.
Last I heard, there's no plan to make this change for everyone. WHY.

I think everyone has been anticipating the update for several reason but I didn't see anything about it. Must be low key because of all the "feedback" they got last time. Thanks.

This. Just like how they created a completely separate portal for company business flying that links your PPR number to your skymiles account so your reservations are directly loaded onto the app. But front line employees stil have to use the 1980s software and manually input everything.

At least they fixed the zoom thing. It still doesn’t show if a trip is qualified open time or actual…maybe in the next one.
