On your mobile device? Sure. That doesn't do anything, though. Websites are logging your IP address, which is independent of your phone's GPS receiver. Your IP address is unique to your device and associated with your network. So it would come from the cell tower or wifi network you're using.

Your unique IP/MAC is typically masked by the local network.

Jeez LEC reps going to be busy. What are these people doing? Is their punishment progressive? Seems the company is taking hostages. They are obviously upset about sick usage based on the NYC CPO message in the monthly newsletter. Interesting it was only included in the NYC base update though.
