Reference is Sched Ref Handbook page 215(printed) or 218 (according to slide bar).

I always purchase 10 days vaca every year and add them in to awarded vacation weeks. I usually do it in the March bid period. Go to bank, option 3, 10 days, next page pops up and asks where do you want to put them? Easy peasy.

Well, as I was referencing the SRH, I noticed that the above should work anywhere in the window of 21 Feb to 31 Mar, so I tried it. No easy peasy page came up asking where to put them.

Even tried putting in the purchase request and then going over to the new vaca bidding app to see if it was over there. Nothing.

So the questions are, does it really only work in the March bid period? Or if I buy 10 days today, do I have to go back in and place them during the March bid period? Or has the new vaca app broken this function in icrew?

 

I think the new vacation method has broken the function in iCrew. I successfully used the smart sheet to Crew Resources to add my purchased days to my desired location.
