Automated PCS is actually quite accurate, and is almost never wrong. Manual trip, yea, not so much.

AI wouldn't really help PCS, it already works quite well. It would probably do pretty well with manual assignment. What I would be worried about is having it break up and rebuild trips, that's where it could quickly get ugly.

I’ve seen it even worse this week. Probably took 130+ hours of FO time alone to cover 1 trip. What a mess. Never deiced, mechanical’d, or pushed late.

Maybe, just maybe one of the interns could use some AI magic and look at how much credit is created by running too lean. Claude vs the Optimizer. My money is on Claude.
