Default 200% for all reroutes

Mgmt is making so much in cash savings from illegal reroutes they have chosen not to make it transparent as agreed upon. Now reroutes pay 200%. Are they complying with the 200% since June 2nd? The C44 email was probably and eye opener for some, but common knowledge to others. It's shocking how mgmt has been violating our PWA and they don't even care. I recommend everyone read the email that was sent out today by C44.

You’re right…..this isn’t the first comm about this. But as is the case around here…..many pilots don’t read ALPA comm.

Nice letter 44!!!!! That’s probably the strongest 44 comm I’ve ever read.

I was not paid the 200% in my June reroute. Heck it took 2 tries just to get the 50%/100% correct. I did point out the settlement, and it was ignored. STS was submitted.

Mgmt probably figures over 50% of the pilots won't even submit an STS for the extra pay and they will save some money. That's the way they are handling all the over PWA violations. At some point something has to change, we can't keep allowing them to steal from us.

FYSA, reports on FB are that Pay Inquiries are being closed without action, stating the company is in compliance.

Agree with the tone of C44’s email as being strongest I’ve seen. Shots fired!!!

how would we know if we are paid the correct amount before the PAS comes out? I was rerouted this month and (L.4 but not L.8)

should the RRPY line show 200% of the value?

They closed all 6 of my crew assist cases that explicitly stated the reroute pay was incorrect per the settlement and contract awareness bulletin (4 reroutes after March 31, 2 after Jun 02) with “23-10 inquiry. No adjustment needed.”

Agreed. Clearly there needs to be a louder message sent then councils emails that only some of the group reads. It’s clearly wage theft. The intention is clear to me. FUPM.
