Granted not on a NB fleet, but I do have things that change in my life AFTER PBS does it thing. My ability to manipulate my schedule, using PWA actions, post award has been drastically changed. Fine. It's a battle of one-ups-man-ship here. We have tools in the PWA, I will use those.
oh, I’ve got so many fatigue reports in 2026 already I’m starting to feel conspicuous. Each of them totally legitimate, at least one of which I should have made sooner. I’m not letting myself be pushed in to operating unsafely. It just sucks that it has come to this.

Being fatigued on the last leg of the last day "penalty lap" starting with a non-acclimated early show limiting the FDP to 10 hrs is the most obvious fatigue call ever.

I'm surprised they're still being built.

it happens from time to time on the 320. Usually garbage to cover some out of base trip.

They're rare but you do see them, it's the reason I never have more 5 days on call ever. Even a 5-day is to long for me so I usually only bid them with plans on dropping the a middle day. I'm pretty sure I once saw a 7 day go to a reserve as a Yxxx rotation on the 717. No way I'd make it through that.

43 cancellations on Fri May 29
30 on Sat

Down from what? 100 cancellations? Is that our new brand? And we've had above-average weather for months. What's going to happen when we get another big storm, if we can't even make it through a weekend? All I know is it's going to be epic.

i think the world is ending before the next storm event. Im just reading the tea leaves because we didnt get the prog last year in the fall on how many storms will hit this sunmer.

Its all part of the cannon, you just have to tie it all together.

Anyway, repent now.

Delta once went 243 days without a mainline flight cancelation. Now we brag about only 30 in a day.

Not defending it, but SLC had some freak wind event and a lot of unexpected diversions to PVU, OGD and other fields around SLC.

What do you expect with the GUMMED up sodimizer? When you start building 3- and 4-day trips, or even 5-day trips, with 4 leg days and a scheduled rest of sub-11 hours. I can only take so many 4 am reports to work, 3 legs or sometimes 4.

Can confirm.

Squirrelly even for SLC.
