well what doesn’t make sense and needs to change from decades ago ( Thanks Jimmy Carter ) is the scam of the WO regional . What a joke . A Wholly Owned Captain flowing into the mainline shouldn’t have to fill out an application and should flow into said mainline with seniority depending on how many years of service they have and should get credit over pilots hired off the street having nothing to do with Northwest or Delta . I mean C’mon Man . Also that propel crap was a real slap in the ass . What a joke . What in the world was Alpa thinking on that one . Also commuting needs to change . Talk about outdated and stupid ? Positive space to/from work assignments of any kind . At very minimum should travel ahead of leisure non rev’s . C’mon , 1972 is well behind us . Time for common sense measures instead of the old stupid ways 🤷♂️

By now you could be a captain with decent seniority in most NB categories and enjoy greater QOL, stability, and earnings. But who’s counting.
