Default New Sched Phone Tree

What good does it do when you still dont have enough schedulers to answer the new fancy phone tree. They still just dont get it. Why is Delta so anti hire people.

So that they can de-prioritize any scheduling request that doesn’t benefit the company.

This. The phone tree is of no benefit to us what-so-ever. I consider it a step back and typical of middle managers taking no responsibility for their failures.

Previous carrier tried this. Just select top priority every time. Problem solved! What are they going to do?
