Simple solution, we should add in the contract that a Captain could not be MD'd to a 76 seater. You could VD but not MD.

The gain is roughly $18.75 mil per dollar of crack.

$20 crack would yield $375 mil yearly
$42 crack would yield $787.5 mil yearly

If UAL wants to buy a refinery we should either buy it to capture the "20% domestic and whatever % international", or bid it up high so UAL massively overpays.
You said crack spread...

In an image search for "crack spread" you also get charts, graphs and butts.

They already got you covered there. The definition of seats permitted is reference an "aircraft" without reference to power plant.

WRT to the new 717's--thank you Southwest...

"And what Richard said on the check airplane check is exactly right, they’re fresh out of check as we receive them, of whatever their next check due was."

Richard Anderson
"And the cost related to putting them in the Delta configuration with Delta seats, Delta delivery, Delta interior product, fresh overhaul, paint job and all the reliability mods, the airplane is delivered to us in that condition so that cost is not ours."

For those of you who have expressed concern regarding the ongoing perceived scope violation at Delta Private Jets (I agree with you) our solution is near. Note the news blurb about it on DeltaNet.

Freedom Airlines
Comair
Now Delta Private Jets

If I was a betting man...

SailorJerry

Bet on it, that segment of GA is hurting and ruthless. DPJ isn't big enough to last.
