Thanks.
I think I found it. It's located under "Negotiators Notepad 10-03 - LOA #22." However when I try to open it a message comes up saying "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

Anyone know where this info is now located?

Buzz,

You have to also consider reserve day grouping requirements. I don't know what equipment you are on, or what you are trying to move. Generally, it will not let you put individual off days outside of a group and not let you stack everything together.

You also need to ensure the reserves required number is less than those available.

... and don't forget you have a PD if you really need to use it.

reserve day grouping violations will not generate an "invalid date" message. Make sure you select the 31Jan bid period when you go to move reserve days around because the default will be for the current 01Jan bid period.

Yeah, I'm in the 31Jan bid period. Just trying to move 2. It might be a group violation. I'll pull out the PD if I have to. Reserve coverage is great.

Since its set up to move blocks of days and you're only moving a single X day, make sure you enter that single day twice. For example. If you want to move the 8th to the 16th make sure you enter 08-08 16-16. And make sure you're moving the actual day off to a work day, and not the reverse.

Buzz,

Try doing single day transactions, as opposed to a group of days. See if that works.

The transaction won't be processed until 0700 on 1/20, but you can get it set up.

Yeah, as Gilda used to say: nevermind ;-)
