80-"My DogWhisperer...what big hands you have....!"

DW-"The better to rub you with, my dear....!"

After all, it was Valentine's Day, you were in a Mighty Dog cockpit, and you fly an Airbus...what else needs to be said?

We may get a chance to push the company on the issue when they want something else but for the moment they won't budge. Your talking about a fleet of 88 aircraft in a category that is going to turn over every FO position every 2 years. If the freeze were reduced it would turn over much faster with the retirements coming. The ER to 400 freeze being 9 months has very little impact on the company and they both use the same training program with a small added footprint for the 400. The 2 year freeze for the 717 will have a large impact in cost savings for the company and in the end its all about the money.

Did you guys honor the Two-Minute Heterosexual Moment of Silence rule?

(i.e. No eye contact/verbal discussion for two minutes following inadvertant physical contact with another male)

I abide by no eye contact for at least 15 seconds and yelling out something manly. DW has similar rules. Very classy!

Truth!

Love the fifi drawing... I can almost see myself up front sipping some fruity drink with my legs crossed and pinky in the air.

This is the power of options. You can make a trade on an assumption that turns out incorrect and still get out for basically a scratch.

Reminds me of 2010. I flew my keister off on reserve, & almost every CA I flew with was on a GS. I kept flying with one CA who GSd all month long.

How about we turn the freeze on the 764 back to 24 months and see what we can get in return?

Its a win win... Win.
