Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Here's the problem with that Hockey. What good would it do to have remedies and consequences built into Section 1 when the company violates the current language at will, and DALPA gives them relief for the violation? Wouldn't DALPA just give them relief for the remedies and consequences if management asked? Maybe even without management asking?
By now it should be clear to everyone that we are now operating under the culture of Northwest Airlines...not the late great Delta Air Lines culture. As such, we need a fNWA type like Ken Watts to enforce every single word of the contract. EVERY SINGLE WORD. Unless and until we enforce every word in the same manner management enforces every word when it's in their interests to do so, then additional protective language will protect nothing.
