FAA Class 1; plus hearing and visual acuity tests using their boxes, and blood work. You will know the results of your tests as you go along if you ask. The Blood Work comes back a week later and they will send you a copy if you ask. Thorough, but no surprises.

Bucking Bar is correct about the physical. It follows all the FAA Class 1 guidelines. The "bummer" is you don't get an actual Class 1 medical out of it.

Thanks for the quick replies. That's weak that it doesn't count for the FAA. I guess the only thing to worry about is not to get nervous while they check your BP.

I guess worrying about not being nervous won't really work out either.;)

They`ve got this deal worked out with the FAA approved doctors...Delta doesn`t give FAA physicals and the docs don`t fly passengers.....

Hey GDude, I had a couple questions that I PM'd to you. Appreciate any info you have...

Thanks

Ok, for the USAF guys

Did you bring your compete flight records in or just your summary?

acl65pilot 06-11-2007 03:15 PM

Just to let all of you know they just put a bid out for 50 some domestic 767 F/O's out of ATL, and if I remember correctly 6 ER ATL F/O's and 50 some NYC ER FO's. IE many new hires are going to the 767.

BTW I would bring everything that you have in your jacket for the interview. They may or may not look at it, but it is better to be over prepared.
