Hey, I would love to pass along a copy. However, nobody gave me the info either. If I get any info on the 737 I'll send it your way.

Sixt gives a good Delta discount (book online), in case that was never answered.

Thanks, I thought we were hooked up with one of the rental companies, but I went to Expedia and got a car for 13 bucks a day. Pretty tough to beat that.

Anyway, I get your moral compass. I left active duty for the same moral compass reason, Considered renouncing my citizenship, tried to figure out which foreign country to live in, etc.

You've heard the quote "money is the root of all evil." Well, it's a misquote. The real quote is "the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil." To me, what this means in this instance is that if you look into the PAC and you find their actions worthy, they are doing "good." Unlove some of your money and support the good things they do...So they can undo or subvert the "evil" done by those who love money.

They are after all working on your and my behalf.

End Sunday school class.

PS: we expect cheerleader pics.
I thought time was money?

Think of the PAC in terms of marriage. If men could find someone to regularly sleep with, cook meals and clean up after us would anyone ever propose? Married guys DO pay for sex.....

T, I'm right there with you. It took me years to get on board with the PAC.

But I finally realized what Scambo, Scoop and others are saying. We're playing in a rigged game. The only way to compete and hopefully win is to cheat better than the other guys. Even if it means the shame of giving our hard-earned money those wh0res in DC.

Money talks. Bullsh!t walks.

I don't think they're going to mimic us so much as count on us to continue to gift them capacity while they barf 500-1000 seats a day into every major market we fly to, then possibly offer to sell some of that capacity back to us or someone else for great code share success. They will also get in bed with the US LCC's who are calling plays from the same book. We pull down capacity on routes that they barf right back into so they can stay in perma growth mode and tag team us at our own game. To any extent we talk a big game about global dominance and *gasp* growth, they will call our bluff and count on our MBA's to continue to gift them capacity wherever and whenever they want to grow as they see fit.

They will only barf 999 seats if you send one million dollars to the PAC. Back the PAC!

I can barely ride on the MD88 jumpseat without having a panic attack! Once I almost screamed out, "We're all going to DIE" while watching them do the taxi check!
There were hands flying all over the cockpit, clickers clicking, buzzers buzzing, lights flashing...

I did manage to say, "You guys work wayyy too hard!" And the F/O just turns and looks at me with this, "What are talking about?" look on his face.

The 777 will make you lazy, fat and stupid real quick, and Son, that's no way to go through life!
